Hamilton Public Library’s network and public Wi-Fi are back online after Tuesday morning’s disruption, according to CHCH’s updated report.
The broadcaster’s October 20 report, revised at 12:35 p.m. Toronto time, attributes the recovery information to HPL. Branches stayed open during the interruption.
What changed
This updates TNC’s earlier outage alert. CHCH previously reported that computers, printing, Wi-Fi, the HPL app and self-checkout were unavailable, with the library attributing the interruption to city maintenance.
The recovery report specifically identifies network and Wi-Fi service. It does not separately confirm the status of every previously affected function.
