(Toronto, Canada) – Toronto police are asking for help finding Dugald, 57, who was last seen near Dixon Road and Kipling Avenue at 11:07 p.m. on Friday, October 30.

Police describe Dugald as 5 feet 10 inches tall, with a medium build and short black and grey hair.

Dugald was last seen wearing a dark Helly Hanson jacket, an orange shirt, dark grey corduroy pants and red ankle boots. Police say they are concerned for their safety.

Anyone with information can contact 23 Division at 416-808-2300. The case number is 2026-2296551.

There is no 24-hour waiting period to report someone missing. Police advise calling 911 if someone is in immediate danger.
