(London, United Kingdom) – Informa has reduced its full-year revenue-growth outlook after changes to major Saudi Arabian events, while maintaining its forecast for double-digit growth in adjusted diluted earnings per share.

In an October 27 trading update, the exhibitions and publishing group said underlying revenue growth would be about 3% if there is no further Saudi contribution in 2026, compared with its previous expectation of about 6%.

Cityscape Global in Riyadh has moved to January 2027. Global Health Exhibition will operate virtually in 2026, with its next physical edition scheduled for October 2027. Informa linked the changes to the recent escalation in the region.

For the nine months through September, underlying revenue growth was 6.5%, excluding non-recurring data contracts. The company’s earnings guidance excludes dilution from shares issued during the year for its Clarion transaction.

Informa said it expects the Clarion acquisition to complete during the first two weeks of December. Regulatory filings have been submitted; that is not the same as saying every approval has been granted.
