(Hamilton, Canada) – Hamilton residents can give feedback about HSR at Hamilton Farmers’ Market on Thursday, October 29, during a session listed by the city from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The stop is part of HSR’s first Annual Customer Survey. People who ride every day, use transit occasionally or do not currently take the bus are all invited to participate.

The market is at 35 York Boulevard. Its operator lists Thursday opening hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The city says the survey asks how residents use transit, what they think about changes already made and what could improve their experience. It intends to repeat many questions in future years to compare results and assess whether improvements are making a difference.

A further in-person feedback session is listed for Saturday, October 31, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hamilton Children’s Museum. The city’s survey page also provides an online participation link.

The invitation to give feedback is not a finding about service performance or a commitment to particular route changes.
