(Toronto, Canada) - Celestica reported an 83 per cent increase in third-quarter revenue to US$5.83 billion and raised its full-year outlook, while lowering its free-cash-flow forecast.

In its October 26 results, the company reported diluted earnings of US$3.26 a share under generally accepted accounting principles, compared with US$2.31 a year earlier. Adjusted earnings, a non-GAAP measure, were US$3.30 a share versus US$1.58.

The company’s GAAP operating margin fell to 7.9 per cent from 10.2 per cent, while its adjusted operating margin rose to 8.5 per cent from 7.6 per cent. The measures should not be treated as interchangeable.

Management raised its 2026 revenue outlook to US$21 billion from US$20.5 billion. However, it cut its non-GAAP free-cash-flow forecast to US$460 million from US$600 million, citing targeted working-capital investments for anticipated growth.

Celestica also projected US$40 billion in 2027 revenue. That is management guidance, not secured revenue: the company identifies customer demand, program ramps, supply availability and trade-policy changes among the risks.
